Most days you can find me working on the couch in my yoga pants, tea in hand, with my dog, Charlie, in my lap. I’m a wellness coach, a nutritionist, a yoga teacher, a lover of home decor, and a major travel addict.
I work with women who are looking to take their life to the next level by upgrading their nutrition, wellness, and mindset. I believe that wellness is so much more than the food we eat and how many times we exercise each week. It encompasses all things including our environment, thoughts, and our daily habits.
